Can't View Bill -> Can't Pay Bill

I am unabl to view my bill as your system continually spits back the following message:

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
===================================I have tried on another computer with a different ISP and the result is the same. You can not expect people to pay for bills blindly when they can't even see what they are paying for.

Use the newest version of Firefox or IE and make sure your browser is set to use cookies. Then delete your cookies, history and cache of your browser and you will be able to view self serve. If you want to view your bill as a pdf make sure you have Adobe reader or another pdf viewer installed.
It states all this when you are at the login screen to self serve. You can also download the app if you have a smartphone.
