Can't use my phone still when I have bought a top-up voucher

Hello! I am a student from Norway that is living here for only 4 months. I went to a shop and bought this top-up voucher for 10 dollars, I called 611 and my balance is 10 dollars but I can't use my phone, why not ?
I had a baseplan on 20 dollars which I got with the phone when I bought it. I can't use my credit card on this site since it is a Norwegian card.

If your base plan is $20 (which actually doesn't exist, you must be on a $15 + $5 booster or something) the minimum amount needed in your account for the services to continue working is that amount.

Hi Maylen, the minimum amount needed to make your prepaid phone works is an active $15 Base plan. The Base plan must be renewed every 30 days otherwise your phone won't work, even though you bought a new Booster. I would however suggest that you contact our customer service, to make sure everything is ok. We can be reached at *611 from the cell or 1-866-995-6636 from a landline, option #5 :)
