Cant stop APP adds!

I downloaded an App from Black Berry, now I am receiving a daily message asking me to download an app called network booster how do I stop these messages? Blocking doesn't work so what do I do??

Hey Richard! You mentioned deleting the app but did you happen to re-download it by any chance? As that may be the only explanation you're still getting the messages.

No never re-downloaded and have not downloaded any other apps!!

Although it's possible the backup will restore whatever's causing the ads to appear. A fresh reset might be needed.

If that's the case make sure you back up just the really important things like contacts/pictures
