Can't purchase Double Boosters deal

I'm trying to purchase the doublebooster 500 mins but the site says One or more selected Boosters could not be added to your account. Please top up and try again. Click here to check your Transaction History. My auto renewal date is 4 days away.

Hi Mayur,

Did you top up your account first with $25? It's not very logical I know :) But you need to top up first and then you can add your booster. If you're still having troubles, call Koodo (*611) and they'll sort you out :)

Is it really not that logical? I think it makes sense how you are supposed to top up before you purchase anything... or am I just strange? Haha!

Anyways, if it still doesn't work Mayur, Koodo's Customer Care will be glad to help you or you could visit the nearest Koodo shop.

Well I don't think you're on prepaid, John, it really isn't very logical the way it's set up :)

When you add a booster, it would seem logical to me that when click the "Submit" button, it will take you to a checkout where you pay for it. Just as in the supermarket you don't deposit your money first and then get the groceries to match your deposit - you fill up the cart and then check out :)

OK, so I did topup and then I purchased the booster. I didn't realize the booster purchase comes out of your topup balance. Makes a bit more sense now.
