can't print my e-bill

why can't i open my e-bill account? i wasn't able to open it since i got my plan..i've change my email and password already all is done and clear but when i try to open it, it keeps asking me for a new email?? and that suckss...i'm stucked..that's why i can't payyy..

Hi Grace,

So, just to get your question clear, you went into your selfservice, and changed your email address, and now you can't get in with your new address?
You might have to contact Koodo (*611) to assist you with logging in with your new email address :) Or you could try to click "forgot password" and see if you can reset it that way!
