Can't get my e-bill/Sef serve working!?!

Trying to get my e-bill. My account does not show any linked accounts, but when I go to add my account it says "Specified Object Already Exists".

in the top right hand corner of the screen there is a drop down menu that should show your #. Did you just sign up & your first bill possibly isn't ready yet?

You need to be set up on your self serve as the account owner not manager. It sounds like that is what has happened. You should probably give Koodo a call so they can get this straightened out for you. 1.866.995.6636 (landline) or *611 from your cell phone. Free airtime when calling the *611.
