can't get into account

When I originally got my phone my son tried to set up the acct. info. I am trying to log into self serve to see/pay my bill but I keep getting a message to change email, change password, etc. I have been using the phone for 2 months and can't get into the account. By now I have changed emails, passwords, etc. trying to get into the account, but am no further ahead. Is there any one that can give me helpful info?

Your login got setup as an account manager instead of the account owner. Call customer service and they'll have it fixed in 10 minutes or less.
