When I originally got my phone my son tried to set up the acct. info. I am trying to log into self serve to see/pay my bill but I keep getting a message to change email, change password, etc. I have been using the phone for 2 months and can't get into the account. By now I have changed emails, passwords, etc. trying to get into the account, but am no further ahead. Is there any one that can give me helpful info?
