Want to update my profile with my new phone. When I go to the Mobile tab, and select Change Phone, it asks me to enter my MEID/ESN number. I enter it, but it says it is invalid. I also tried checking the Hexadecimal Number checkbox, but that didn't work either. I have a Nexus 5 (32GB) so I am reading the number off the box. The number is a 14 digit number. Any ideas?
It doesn't matter if it shows the phone in self serve it won't do anything I've had a few unlocked phones I've brought over to Koodo and they never show, it just always shows my last Koodo phone I've had on the account. I've run unlocked phones for the last 2 years on Koodo with it never showing so really just don't worry about it IMO.
