Cant download my e-bill

I can't seem to figure out how to down load the PDF of my e-bill. Am I missing something? It'd be great to see a list of the calls I've made and see how they added up... Could the fact that I'm using an iPad have something to do with it?

-Log into Self Serve on your PC
-Click the "Billing" tab
-Click the "E-Bill" tab
-Select the billing cycle

it'll then automatically download

you need a pdf reader to open the bill. you can try downloading one through the itunes app store !

ipad/iphone is definitely the issue here. When you get to the page that shows your bill, instead of clicking on the bill you want touch and hold. A window will appear and asks you if you wan to open up the file in a new window. You do!!! That way you will see the details of your calls otherwise you only see the first page. At least that is what i had to do with my iphone.
