Did you change the VPN or APN settings? Do you have access to the phone part? Is that working?

This may sound simple, but have you done a power cycle?

Turn your phone off. Remove the battery and SIM card if possible. Reinstall the SIM and battery and then turn your phone on.

which phone part?
power cycle?
Also, my phone's from Europe.... I'm just guessing that that's the issue and that'll mean it'll never work

Do you have the model s6102B?

The S6102 isn't compatible with Koodo only the one with the B after the number will work and even then its missing the 1900mhz 3g band

The model is located under the battery

The 6102 uses the 900/2100 bands and is not compatible with Koodo which uses the 850/1900 mhz 3G bands

Sorry, not with Koodo.
But Koodo does sell some really great phones and three of them in particular are 150$ or free if you take a tab small.

Hi Karon;

Can you please provide more info? What model phone is it, and what carrier was it originally from?
