Can't access my account

I forgot my password so I tried to reset it, but it said my user name doesn't exist so I tried to reset my user name and now it says that there's no account attached to my phone number. Has this happened to anyone before? Is there a solution?

I can access my account over the phone but I prefer using the app or the website. I've used the website many times before so I don't know why it's not working now.

Hi Jolene,

The easiest solution is to call Koodo (*611) and ask them to sort if for you... it's free and they'll get you back in in no time :)
