having the msg waiting to be approved. i am the owner. i just never bothered looking into my account. now i wanted to look at it, it won't let me??? does not make sense. if i have a email acct that is inactive on your end, that should not be a problem as i am actively using it (based on the post i have read below). why would i need to have a new email address??? i try to make my life easier, don't want to go on twitter just to get your attention to this matter nor on fb. can you do something to this or post your 1 888 number on this site. thanks

Koodo won't change passwords without securing the account first, which they can't do on a public forum. You'll need to either call them (611 from a koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other line) or send them a private message to get this straightened out.
