Can't switch to new $45 plan in MB using the self-serve. These are the only plans I see when try to change it.

Any suggestions or is calling in my only option?

That plan is only available for new activations with a tab or phone upgrades on the tab and is not available via self serve. (You'd have to contact Koodo or go into a store).

Right when I start to think that you are probably the most consistent Mobile Master, you start posting false information.

The plan is available to existing customers without an upgrade. It is just not available on Self Serve. That is Koodo's way of trying to close the out of province plan loophole, which is hardly effective.

We are humans and we make errors sometimes. We deal with the information we have and try to answer as best as we can.

Must just be reading the promo wrong. I asked for clarification just in case cause I'm seeing it as you need tab small or medium to get the plan. Must just be too sleepy!
Thanks for the award of "probably the most consistent" though!

I don't get the Mb plans. The $45 8GB plan isn't a promotion plan and you should be able to choose it anytime without upgrading. Then there is the $48 promotion plan that comes with 5GB and 2GB add on for 24 months and you need to upgrade to get it. Doesn't make sense as it's a lesser plan for more $.

Please send these plans to BC :)

The special Manitoba plans require you to contact Koodo or visit a kiosk to help reduce the incidences of Non-manitoba residents from getting these plans

Ok, so you are eligible to get the plan as long as you have TAB Small, TAB Medium or BYOD... Send Koodo a private message on FB to get your issue resolved!

Enjoy!

Facebook? Really I have to use Facebook to communicate with Koodo. That's a joke.

No thanks, I'll try phoning in or going to the store.

It is one of the easiest way to get this resolved, by all means, if you want to call, definitely you can do it; going to the store, I would not recommend since they wont be able to do anything in regards to a plan change!

Enjoy your day!

You can also send a private message via Twitter if you don't want to wait on hold for hours. But the choice is yours. Some people do enjoy the hold music
