If you are sure you are entering the email address correctly then try using the "Forgot?" button. Following those steps should get you fixed up.

if you are a existing customer and had access to the selfserve before, I would double check the email address.

If you are new, did you get a registration email to confirm your self serve account?  Maybe check your spam folder
