Can't set up Voice Mail

I just got an LG K4 with a Koodo plan.I was left a voice message today, and when I click it, I get the Koodo automated message telling me to set up a new password so I can access my voicemail.However, whatever password I choose, it tells me it is not a valid answer.I have tried this several times, but nothing has changed.I even tried resetting my voicemail password on the self serve site, but nothing helped.Any suggestions?(please)

hi Lucja,
Was your voicemail setup before? when did it say an "invalid answer", It normally asked you your phone number before the password (if you setup the voicemail the first time)

I have not set up my voicemail before.The automated message told me that it would "help me set up my voicemail in a few easy steps", and asked me to type in a new password between 4 and 15 digits long and press pound when I was done.  It did not ask for my phone number.

So it still doesn't work and self-serve didn'T solve it? I think you might have to contact Koodo at *611 or www.m.me/Koodo
