Hi Annalisa, have you ever been able to log into your self serve? If not chances are it was set up improperly and you'll need to contact Koodo. You can send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and set up your self serve account properly as the account manager.
@ AnnaLisa, the reason you are having challenges because indeed there are 2 email addresses registered with your account. The one that you used here and an almost identical one (without an 'L' at the end) as well. As per Paul, send us a message on FB and we will delete one of the profiles which will solve things.
