cant see my bill

It keeps saying awaiting approval when i log in, and that theres another email linked to it, but that's impossible because i dont have another email and im also a new customer

Hi Annalisa, have you ever been able to log into your self serve? If not chances are it was set up improperly and you'll need to contact Koodo. You can send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and set up your self serve account properly as the account manager.

@ AnnaLisa, the reason you are having challenges because indeed there are 2 email addresses registered with your account. The one that you used here and an almost identical one (without an 'L' at the end) as well. As per Paul, send us a message on FB and we will delete one of the profiles which will solve things.
