cant see ebill

how do I see my ebill and information on self serve. Whenever I log on it just brings me to the change my email, password or link accounts page

That means your Self Serve account was set up as an administrator. You'll have to call Customer Car (*611 on your Koodo cell - free) and ask them to reset your account. It happened to me and it happens to a lot of people sometimes. Don't know why though.
