Can't see anything in self serve

When I sign into self serve it only shows my profile and gives me the option to change my password, security question, email address or link accounts. I can't see my bill or anything else. Is this normal?

First off, clear your cache and cookies on your browser. If it still doesn't work after, try using other browsers like google chrome, internet explorer, and firefox. If it STILL doesn't work, let me know in the comment section.
