Can't reset password

The password I thought I used doesn't work, and I've asked twice to have an email sent to me to reset it, which worked according to the Koodo website (I answered my security question successfully every time) but nothing shows up on gmail. I looked into all my folders, including spam just in case.

I need to access my account, I've waited hours already for these emails so I'd like to escalate the issue to the next step in customer support.

You'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter saying the issue you have to get the account reset.
