CANT RESET MY PASSWORD

Ever time i try to log in to prepaid self serve, my password will not work. I've tried resetting my password and i type my email and click continue then it says an error has occurred. How do i fix this?

You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.
Hours of Operation
Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Another option you could try before calling in is to clear your cache and cookies then reload the website and try logging in again. If you still get the error then try the suggestions from Peter and Dennis above.
