Can't remove an unknown number from reject list

S2X, 4.1.2.

The phone log shows no number associated with it, even though I know this person and they call once in a while.

It shows up in the reject list, but I can't delete or edit it(tap and hold does nothing, and it disappears while the list delete option is selected). It also isn't included in the number count(ie: 0/100).

When they leave a voicemail, it says it's a blocked number.

What can it do to remedy this?

Hi Anthony,

Can you clear the log on that phone? Did you try a reboot, perhaps that takes care of it?

I can clear the phone log no problem. Rebooted plenty of times. Here are some pics of the reject list and log.

Hi Anthony, when you press into the little box next to that entry, it should place a little check mark next to it and you should have the option to delete it from the auto reject list.

When I check the box, the delete button doesnt change. Nothing happens when I tap and hold on "Unknown".

Hmm, when you click the box, press the menu key, you should get an option to remove it from the reject list.

The 'Unknown' box is part of the call reject feature and cannot be deleted. If you look at the Auto reject list count, it remains at 0/100, meaning that there are no rejected contacts present within the call rejection list.

Placing a checkmark in the Unknown box, signifies that any additional contacts added that also have their boxes checked or unchecked (by you), are either classified as unknown or known, respectively.

With the addition of a new contact, the Auto reject list now reads 1/100. By long-pressing on the contact, you can either edit how the call is handled by setting different criteria, or delete the contact altogether. Keep in mind that while calls are rejected, they are automatically routed to voicemail.
