Can't remove add on. says to contact but No answer from customer service. Also would like to discuss my plan - end of Tab approaching

I added on 500 mb for one month and was unaware it kept charging me for the next two month. It wont allow me to take off the add on. It says "contact us" but i have called 3 times and have waited over 40 minutes with no response.  I also wanted I talk about my plan with a representative but still cant connect with anyone. I have become very disappointing with how downhill the service has become with koodoo.

What does self-serve say when you try to remove it? If you cannot get it removed then you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.

What did you want to discuss about your plan? We should be able to help yoh out.

I don't use Facebook or Twitter. Why would I have to use social media to contact a service I pay for?

hi Kelsey,
You could open a new "dummy" account of facebook/twitter to contact with them ( The facebook account creation is similar to opening an account in this forum. You don't have to use your real facebook account.

If you insist on calling, I would suggest you call early in the morning or plan ahead (you could do something else in 30-45 minutes and come back to the wait).
