Can't Register TD Visa Debit

2 weeks ago I bought a prepaid SIM with Koodo. When I tried activating it online with a $15 plan using my TD Visa Debit, it would not work at it would come up with the message:

"Unable to Process TransactionYour credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged. Contact your card issuer for more information."

I tried all the different kinds of combinations that might have worked for my Visa Debit but nothing seemed to work. I eventually called up TD and they said there might be a problem with Verfied by Visa. I disabled that and the problem did not go away. I eventually gave up thinking that the problem will soon be fixed and used another credit card.

How can I get my card to work?

Did you make sure the address on your bank is the exact address on your Koodo account?

Yes I have tried every possible combination of what my address could be

I also forgot to add when I called TD they said they had no record of any attempted purchases.

You could try and call Koodo, see if they can add the credit card for you. Usually they have slightly better resources in making sure it gets accepted. The bad news is waiting times are very long on the phone... you could contact them through Facebook but personally I wouldn't be comfortable giving my credit card information through FB. Hope you get it sorted :)

Hey! As much as we would like to help you out through Facebook, we cannot ask for credit card information.  If you try to purchase too many times with the same card, the will may end up blocking the card after a few attempts.  You would need to give our customer service team a call to verify the card. All the best!
