Can't redeem 60GB for 60$ offer online

I'm trying to redeem this offer right now (See Attached Image) but it doesn't show up.

Hi Nigel,
What process did you try? you would have to upgrade your phone on a Tab (medium/small) and then they will ask you to select a plan. From the list of available plans, that one will show up.

Where are you seeing 60GB for $60?  I see 10 GB for $75?

The $75 includes tab charges (medium) so it is $60+Tab.

I tried to also get the $75 ($60 - 10GB unlimited call/text + $15 medium tab) And it did not show up on account anymore. So I called in and it seems like this promotion is now gone. The CSR offered me $70 with 10GB and called it a better offer?? Lol thanks but no thanks..

Thank you for the suggestions. I will message them via DM and see where it goes.  I did check self-serve and the plan was not available after adding a medium tab phone.

As today is the deadline, you might also try to call them, or visit a Koodo kiosk and show them the text message. ($30 connection fee might apply if you do it instore though)

@Vincent, typical reply times on Twitter is about 4hrs depending on the day. It certainly isn't live chat. Looks like you called in and we needed to secure your a few pieces of your info. Looks like you are not far from a Koodo store, you may simply just want to go there upgrade your phone and grab the plan while you can.

@Bernard, I did receive a response on Twitter about a half hour ago from Dan. So I understand what my options are now. Thank you for taking the time to look into my issue. Just from the information you've provided, you did a little digging. This shows that Koodo is committed to quality service to their customers.
