So when I tried porting my number in, it says only every 90 days can this be done. I have other accounts for my kids and I'm able to SIMPLY do it thru the self serve. NOW I HAVE TO CALL IN???? Why does koodo keep making their self serve LESS SELF SERVE? They are making it more difficult on us the customers!!!!

Sorry to hear. Not sure what's going on. Guess you'll have to either send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out then

So I just checked my kids accounts and they are all saying the same thing now. Wait 90 days or more. NO NUMBER CHANGE in this bill cycle. I remember in the past you simply had to wait until a new bill cycle to port a number. My new bill cycle just started and I need to port a number over and I'm getting htis message. It's CLEARLY a system problem. Please have it resolved!

When did you open your account? It might be just a bug.

You need to wait for the new billing cycle to change the number if you already did in the 1st billing cycle.

@Geoffrey: There might be some other issues with your account. Send message to their facebook or call Koodo to ask them to do it for you.

By the way, are you on an out-of-province plan?

Geoffrey my man, sometimes it's way faster to just call customer service. This is something you tried to do by yourself and the system is giving you an error message. There can be no charge for having the support dept to complete the number port on your kids lines.

1-866-995-6636 - activation and issue porting a number. Just make sure you have the "old account numbers" and the lines you want to port are still "live/active".

Hope the issue is resolve quick mate.
