Can't pay bill online with pre paid card

I'm trying to pay my bill online with a pre paid CC since I don't have access to another card and when I try to pay the $35 on it it just brings me to a blank page with a green bar on the top right. There's no error message, just a blank page that says credit card payment with a green empty bar on the top right. I called customer support and they couldn't take the CC on the phone. They said it didn't work and the people at the koodo kiosk weren't helpful beyond telling me to call customer service.

This is my final straw, my accounts already been suspended as I fell behind on my payments when I didn't have a job and if I can't get this fixed soon I'm just leaving koodo. They pester me in the morning when I try to sleep, me asking for money, I try to pay it and I don't have time to get to the bank since I work til 1am.

And why do I need to login through a half dozen other things to post here? Thats stupid. I already have an account I'm logged in here with the friggin company for my phone.

Because it's a forum (as per Chad's point) it's ran separately, not on koodo's site. We are customers just like you though, not employees/

Check the brand of your prepaid credit car too. Vanilia and Ideal Choice don't work as per their FAQ:

What really ticks me off is that when I bought the PPCC I asked the guy at the koodo kiosk if it would work and he said it would be no problem and it didnt matter which one as long as I bought it from shoppers drug mart. I would have bought a different one if he knew what he was talking about.

It may actually still work. Have you registered your card with the issuer? It needs to have the same address attached to it that your account with koodo has.

Did you try clearing the cache and cookies yet?
I googled the card type (visa vanilla) and it turns out its a well known piece of **** card that has thousands of complaints about fees, no customer support and just being totally useless no matter what. I can't even log into the site to try to register it since the register button is ****ing broken and just refreshes the page. What a ****ing cluster****.

I have to call customer support when they open and I probably won't get anywhere since every single complaint that mentions customer service says they are beyond useless. I can't even load it up on an amazon gift card instead just to try and get access to my own money.

Also, I'm on a different laptop completely from when I last tried it.

Prepaid cc are tricky. They need to have a billing address registered to them and even then it may still not work.

First off I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies. And then re trying.

Also if you have a friend with a traditional bank account ask them to add you to their online bill pay. That way you can just ask your friend and give them the money.

As far as logging in here.. this is a public forum it's run for koodo by a company called get satisfaction. They require you create an account.

Try using the Koodo app for your chosen OS and pay through that it may help.
