Cant order new phone online

I’ve been trying to upgrade to a new phone through self-serve but I never get to check out. No matter what, It always brings me back to “my order” page. Ive tried everything from ordering in another browser and even selecting a different phone but I cant ever place an order. I manage to confirm my address and check off to agreeing to the plan changes (I’m not even changing plans so I dont know why this pops up). No credit card info is asked and I still have a 90$ tab left to pay but this month’s deal is that my tab will be waived so I dont think that would be the issue.

Hi Gaby, Where did you get this offer of your tab paid off if you upgrade, did you receive a text? If so check it to see if the offer is only available in store maybe.

Hi Paul, yes I received a text and it does mention I can order online or in store.

Hi there!

Came across this issue with a client lately... Our case it was that address was recently modified so we gave system 24 hrs to place order and it worked...

Before placing the order, did you change address?

What happens right after you click check out? Does it pop something suggesting you a Recommended address?

Yes it does, I’ve confirmed with both the original and recommended address and still the same issue.

I see... Did you try today to see if it works? If not, I will suggest to contact web store and probably to load the TAB promo manually, this worked for the case I mentioned before... Keep us posted
