Can't modify billing address - "Invalid Address"???

I'm looking to purchase a new online-only phone and need to modify my billing/shipping address. Unfortunately, the system keeps blocking the change, providing a warning stating "Invalid Address". This seemingly makes NO SENSE as it is very much a valid address... What can I do to remedy this so that I can continue my business with Koodo...?

It's the annoyingly simple yet incredibly difficult things like this that force people to switch providers. The fact that I want to spend more money with your company and something dumb like this is blocking that is really starting to convince me to switch to Rogers, etc.

Koodo has implemented the new Canada Post addressing standards, to reduce fraud. Have a look at for information and a tool (bottom of page) that will provide your Canada Post compliant address to enter on the Koodo website.

I am experiencing the same difficulty changing my address - even using the Canada Post "address lookup" format. This is excessively frustrating. It appears my only other option is to call in and get charged $10 for an account change made by a human being, or alternatively, hold my breath and wait to see if my credit card auto payment is declined due to the billing address no longer matching.

You won't get charged $10 if it is something you can't do. In this case you won't get charged.
