Just have activated the sim card $45 pre-paid plan for my and my wife phone. Seems that I can receive and make calls to another phone in the province, but we can't call each other, internet and text messages works fine. Both accounts are active. What could be the problem?
Once activated, it can take a bit of time for the numbers to be populated to the various databases to make calls connect. If it is not working by now, contact Koodo to get it set straight.
I suggest a PM to their Facebook account or a DM To their Twitter account rather than waiting on the phone at *611.
Well, it seems complicated. The sim has been registered, talked to koodos support and apparently there were issues with activation. My phone works all fine, it was my wife's phone problem. She can use internet and messages, but now voice calls. I've been advertised to get new sim card for har phone and I did, someone suppose to call me and move here account to new sim, but no call yet.
Its really weird and frustrating.
