Just have activated the sim card $45 pre-paid plan for my and my wife phone. Seems that I can receive and make calls to another phone in the province, but we can't call each other, internet and text messages works fine. Both accounts are active. What could be the problem?

Once activated, it can take a bit of time for the numbers to be populated to the various databases to make calls connect. If it is not working by now, contact Koodo to get it set straight.
I suggest a PM to their Facebook account or a DM To their Twitter account rather than waiting on the phone at *611.

Well, it seems complicated. The sim has been registered, talked to koodos support and apparently there were issues with activation. My phone works all fine, it was my wife's phone problem. She can use internet and messages, but now voice calls. I've been advertised to get new sim card for har phone and I did, someone suppose to call me and move here account to new sim, but no call yet.
Its really weird and frustrating.

As you had already contacted the tech team. I would suggest you wait for them to call. There is a huge backlog right now, so they might not contact you on time. If you already had the new sim. You could also go to a Koodo kiosk and ask about the situation and see if they could help you there.

I did work it out, my wife's phone is not network compatible (we brought it from UK - Moto G2 XT1541). Shame, as it is a nice phone (fully waterproof - rare feature and very rigid). Koodo support was very supportive, but nothing of their fault.
IMEI check said that the phone should work, but I assume it is not 100% proof method to check, if it really does.
Will get a compatible phone and hopefully that will sort it out.
Cheers
