I was told by Koodo that they would resume my SIM Card between 3-5 days. However, it's been over a week and it's still not letting me make calls or send texts. And for that reason I can't call Koodo to talk to them.
Is your phone connected to their network? How many bars of strength, if any, do you see on top of your phones's screen? Was your account suspended because of an outstanding bill? Or maybe your SIM is damaged.
It was because of an outstanding bill but after I paid it they said it will be activated. Yeah there is signall sstrength. But it says SIM card is not registered on the network when I try and send something. Wifi works fine.
