can't login to loose self serve app or web page

I get this message when trying to access the koodo self serve web page in both Firefox and chrome

"The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

And I get this message when I tried the app

"The account manager for this account needs to approve your request for access"

I just registered my phone today
It's a ASUS ZenFone 3
My account is registered under a different email than this one.

Since your email is different for your account, you are best to contact Koodo through their Facebook page or Twitter account, by sending a private message. They can then validate you as account owner and adjust the ownership info.
