Cant login selfserve always

Every time i try login to my selfserve it doesnt work . so i try to change my password and still doesnt work even when i change my pasword!!! i end up always having to call . im getting tired having to call every time i try to login ?

When error are you receiving when you try to login?

Have you ever successfully logged in before?

The login is working for me, no problem with password/username

Koodo also allows user to see their password in the password field (click on the "Show" button on the right of the password field), I would check that one before clicking submit button.

Yes thats the email i use to reset it. I tried my old email adress now but that doesnt work .ymail is the one i use

Hmmm...okay, I see that you used that address to login successfully the first week of October. Can you send us a private message on Facebook and we can further trouble shoot one you validated your account.

Username password dont match their records i changed it lastnight. Its the same everytime. I did but it only works after calling them. First time i think they said i wasnt registered but same thing keeps happening every time i login. I can change my password now agin but will probably not work

I would make sure your web browser doesn't have old password remembered, and I would suggest you clear the cache of your browser, and/or test your account on a different browser.

If you test on different browsers and devices, and the results are the same, then it is a real problem.
