CANT LOGIN or refer someone

"Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved." I keep getting this when trying to login to self-serve. I just made the account yesterday and tried making a self-serve account. I want to also refer my brother and brother in law but I cant.

You will need to contact Koodo to fix this. When you sign up you need to do it through the email they sent you. Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636).

Usually that means that your email address has been used previously for another account but hasn't been delinked from it. You can wait for a rep to pop in here, see this, and do it, or you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it done. However with all the transfers going on due to the PM to Koodo deals you can expect to have to wait 24-36 hours for a response. You could also cal 611 if you just cannot wait any longer but the wait times are long as well as a result.

You'll need to send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can reset your account. You either had a previous account with koodo or tried setting up with a different email

No, I never had an account with koodo.
The main issue is I want to sign up my family with their 100 referral promo before it's too late.
when I try to stat the referral on the main page this comes up. The Koodo Phone Number you provided is not eligible to participate.
"Click here to update your Koodo Phone Number. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact us for assistance. "

I would try to contact Koodo again to ask them for the reset. I would suggest sending message to their facebook to avoid the wait on the phone

If you tried to do it yourself and did not wait for the selfserve activation email, your email could be stuck again.

Sandeep - you received that email because I deleted the account you tried to set up on your own, and assigned the email address to the tentative account waiting to be activated. Upon doing so, the system automatically sends the email you received, but because the account is not active yet, you're getting the error message. Once the account is active, you'll be able to proceed using the link in that email, so hold tight for now.
