It doesn't look like you set up your Self Serve account after you activated back in March, Mikhail. 
I see an email address on file that's slightly different from the one you're using here (perhaps a typo?). I can resend the profile creation email, but just want to make sure which email is the correct one. Can you confirm?

yes please.. use this email as my primary. It says that I have two accounts which is not true.

You can pay by phone as well if it's urgent. But I'd set up my self-serve as Ranjan suggested

Hey Mikhail! You should have access to your Self Serve again :). Please try clearing your cache and cookies before trying to log back in or try logging in from a different web browser.
