I tried to login to my self serve account but do not remember my password and no longer use the email account to retrieve the email that was sent to change my password could I just get a text? Or updated my email?

You will have to call Koodo (*611 on your koodo cell, it's a free call)
And they can reinitialize your self serve. Note, they will ask you some questions to confirm your identity first
