Can't log into my prepaid account.

I get a "Generic Error" every time I log into my prepaid account.
Activated my phone yesterday and I can not send or receive texts and can not receive phone calls.

Hi Steph!

For the Self Serve issue, I first suggest that you delete cache/cookies/history and try another browser as first troubleshooting steps.

Also, you can call 611 to verify that you have the correct base plan and booster. A power cycle (on/off) of your device can also help reboot the device.
