Recently signed up to koodo but on the site it says my account is linked to another Email when I try to log in. but im checking my email and still no message. It says waiting for me to aprove. How can I fix this?
Sounds like two accounts have been created - one by Koodo, and one by you. You'll need to contact Koodo to get it fixed. A Private message through their Facebook Page, or a DM to their Twitter account are the least time consuming. You can call them at 1-866-995-6636, but may have a wait for an available CSR.
