can't log in to my account

Can't log in to my account. Keep getting "You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."
I have been a Koodo customer for months and never had this problem before.

The only way to fix this is for Koodo to correct it on their end.  I recommend sending them a private message via facebook or twitter to prevent waiting on hold on the phone

I discovered my problem. My web browser was using the wrong login details, I guess from an old cookie or some such in my browsing history.
I have logged in successfully some minutes ago, thanks.
