I can't log in to my koodo account on my computer. None of my information will work. What do I do?

Email and Password won't work. That other section where you input your name and phone number to retrieve your info, that wont work either. I have a phone number and service but I can't log in.

If you are utterly stuck, you need to call Koodo *611 on your koodo cell
How did you get this fixed? I'm having the same problem rn
I tried both, but neither of them work. I just made a payment through my bank, but I want and need to log in and see my bill. IF I call, what option should I select? There doesn't seem to be an option for not being able to log in.

Is this your first time logging in?
If so you need to register for self serve first?

Have you tried the forgot password link?
After I registered, it never let me log in. And yes, I tried so many times in fact that it locked my account. I waited 30 minutes, even a whole week, and it has NEVER let me log in again.

I am having the same problem. It won't let me reset my password, login ect. My phone still works and no one can help me. I've gone through the koodo *611 help line and can't find anything that would help. I also tried to make a new account but it says that my information doesn't exist. please help.
