Whenever I try to log in to my self serve my browser sends me to an error page and tells me that the website is redirecting me too many times. I've tried clearing my cookies and cache, neither have helped. Any ideas?
Try other browsers and devices. There's also changing DNS values on your computer. Failing that you might have to get your account reset by Koodo. I'd send a private message to Koodo's Facebook page to get it done.
Seems to be a (minor) recurring issue with the usual cookie monster cures not helping. Try using DNS changes first [Goran]. But if Koodo's site is using Wordpress, they should investigate a little further. Not an unknown problem.
