Try using the Self Serve link at the top of the page. You can’t login to Selfserve from www.community.koodo..........

Hi Wynn - from what I see, you haven't activated your self serve account from the email we would have sent you upon activation (same email address as you're using here). To activate your account for the first time, you must follow the link from the email. I do see that you've attempted to make a profile directly from self serve, but until you verify yourself as the account owner using the link emailed to you, Self Serve will not be set-up. 

If you don't have the email anymore - let us know here and I can try to resend it. If the link doesn't work, you may need to send us a private message via Facebook to get your account reset.
