Can't get through to customer service for online order

I placed an order online yesterday and when I got home there was a voicemail requesting more information to complete my order. Every department I speak to at Koodo directs me to another department that is apparently not taking calls right now. How can I get help completing my order or cancelling it if you can not provide support for online customers?

You'll probably have to call the web store. You can call the web store directly at 1-844 566-3697.

The *611 and 1-866-995-6636 numbers won't get you to where who you want to talk to most likely.
