Can't get into self serve ! Help!

I am new to Koodoo and just received my phone in the mail. When I try to log in to register I am receiving a message saying "You're still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved." I did receive an email a few days ago saying "We’ve noticed that when you activated your Koodo phone, you provided the same email address that you use to access another account. Did you know you can link both accounts to the same email address". When I click through the link as instructed I get either a 403 error or the first quoted statement. Any ideas?

When your SIM was provisioned, Koodo created an account for you, and would have sent an email with a link to complete the setting up of your account (password selection, etc.). By creating an account independent of that email, there are now two instances of an account attached to one email, which generates the error you received. You will need to contact Koodo directly to have them delete the conflict.

I suggest a private message to their Facebook account, or a DM to their Twitter account as being more time effective than a call.

Have you received the activation email from Koodo? was the SIM activated?

With that error, you would need to contact Koodo to ask them to reset. I would suggest you send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone.
