can't get access

I can't get access to my account .. I constantly get stuck at change user name and change password .. your system doesn't let me go anywhere! Getting po'd!!!!!!!

You set up your account as a manager instead of the owner. Call customer service *611 from your Koodo phone, and tell them you can't access to self serve account. They will fix it for you
