Hi! I am new to Koodoo and got to create and verify my account thru the website. But somehow everytime I try to click the "Self Serve" menu, it will say that "can't open too many redirects occured". I want to edit my personal info like address and mode of payment, but I can't go on. I have tried Safari, Chorme and even Firefox but still not working. Same message appears, too many redirects. Please advise.

I got an LG G3 model.

Hello Beck.

I can access self-serve pretty fine on my Mac and Safari. Have you tried on your mobile device too? Maybe it'll work there

I also downloaded tha koodo app, hoping that I can have more luck there, but an error message displayed saying that the "account manager needs to approve request for access". Like, really? I dont know what this means. I have already verified my email and all through the website, so who's this account manager?

Is your dad the account manager because he's the one that gave the credit card for the account??

Hey Beck, sounds odd! Can you send us a detailed email through this secure link http://koo.do/11eMLdy and select "Social Media" so that we can look into this? Thank you :)
