I can't connect to the Thunder Bay network and I really need my phone ASAP!

Did you recently activate service or was it working before and cutout? Which phone is it?

Nope, I've had service for some time now. It just stopped working this afternoon. Its the Iphone 4.

Make sure you have 3G enabled under cellular settings and your bills are up to date.

Try toggling airplane mode on/off a few times and/or reboot the phone.

Then try going to reset network settings under general > reset. This will wipe out any saved WiFi passwords stored on the phone (everything else is fine) but it may fix the issue.

Then I would call tech support because I'm out of ideas.

Make sure your phone is set to select carriers automatically. Settings > Carrier > Automatic.
