Can't complete self-service registration, it always leads to a page that states, "Oops, something went wrong."

I signed up for a new Koodo service last week. I received an email to complete the self-service registration, but it always leads me to an error page.

I've tried:
1. Getting the registration email resent to me
2. Manually registering an account on Koodo's website (it, in turn, sends me the same email asking me to complete my registration, which in turn leads to the error page)
3. Using different browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer or Edge, Firefox)
4. Emailing support, but I've received no response

It seems like a lot of other users are having the same issue, but the trouble shooting that the staff provides never seems to help.

I need to complete this to receive my billing, which I was supposed to receive this week.

Who has been trouble shooting for you?

Have you tried a different device? Maybe try on your phone browser

Nobody has, I have yet to receive an email back from Koodo support. I was referring to troubleshooting on other similar threads in these forums.

I have tried multiple devices as well as on my phone browser. This doesn't seem to be a device-specific error, but rather a dead link being emailed out for the registration.

This seems to be a technical issue.  You will need to contact Koodo and have them investigate your self serve account.

You can send Koodo a private message on facebook or twitter so you wont need to wait on hold.  Or you can call them, but expect long hold times.
If you are lucky a rep might see this and look into your account, but it is unlikely

Yes, the account has been cancelled. When I called in, I was told I need to activate the account to be billed for the remainder of the bill (the phone tab). How will that be sent to me if I can't complete the self-service registration?

I think Koodo will mail you out your final bill.

it might be difficult now to create your self serve account after your account has been cancelled

You don't have to wait for a paper bill. If you call the automated system if you and have your PIN you will hear the outstanding amount you owe. And you can pay there too.
