Can't change SIM, not authorised?

I got my phone stolen, got it back but no sims. so I locked the stolen sim and baught a new one. Now when I try to go to the self serve it says I'm not authorised? What can I do?

Hugh where did you buy your Sim Card. If you bought it at  one of the Koodo's kiosks they should help you what to do next. Is your phone working? I think when you change your Sim Card something went wrong so Koodo may treat it as suspicious activity and temporary suspend your account.  You may have to call Customer Service or one of the rep on this forum hopefully can help you soon.

When you report your phone as stolen you have to report it as found again. Get in contact with Koodo and they can help you out.
