Cant change plan with self serve (error). What can I do that doesn't involve phone fee?

I tried to change plans using self serve (first time in ~5 years). It gave me an error message saying to try again later. When I tried again, it told me I couldn't change it more than once per billing cycle yet I still have exact same plan as before. Anything I can do that doesn't involve paying the telephone change fee?

Call in. Tell customer service that you tried self serve and it isn't working. They can waive the fee.
