Hello Doug,

What are those Koodo dollars you are speaking about? Is it your positive tab? Can you give a little more info so we can give you a better answer?

Yes, using your Koodo dollars moves you from the old system where you accumulated Koodo dollars to a total of $150, to the new system where you can't accumulate these points. And yes, you have to agree to the change, as required by contract law.  If you want to spend your Koodo dollars, then accept the change; each day that goes by lessens their value.

Hmmm...not sure if I follow what you are saying Doug. If you have $150 positive tab (as some other users assume above) you can put it towards the purchase of any  phone. The rest will be put on a tab, which really is an interest free loan from us. So, you are not paying a dime more for the phone than if you had bought it at the full price. If you wish, you can certainly pay off whatever is outstanding although it makes mores sense financially just to leave it. The choice is yours at the end.

Yes its my possitive plan dollars i accumulated over the years. And i just want t buy a new phone no tab. I dont need one. And only way is if i get a tab then pay it off but i cant pay it off for 3 months. Even though its interest free. I may decide to switch providers.

If you choose to switch providers when you port out your Koodo account will be closed and you will pay your phone off in your final bill. You are not stuck with Koodo for 3 months if you choose to get a phone on the tab.

If you switch providers now, you will be absolutely sure to lose your positive Tab, Doug. It makes much more sense to use your positive credit and buy a new phone on the Tab... then pay it off in 3 months if you really want to.

It's your choice though, so good luck with your decision :)

Edit: oof, slow typing got lots of other replies in first.
